Each of Amethyst homes have a dedicated staff team and registered manager who is responsible for the day to day running of the establishment. Our highly experienced staff provide a dedicated and personalised service supporting the individual to enable them to feel as comfortable as they would do in their own home environment. Key workers are allocated to every service user to ensure their continuity in the care provided and the Registered Manager ensures that Care Plans and agreed programs are adhered to.

We provide opportunities for our staff to grow in confidence, competence and embrace the responsibility and trust placed on them by their managers to support these vulnerable adults.
